If you aren’t new around here, you know I love teaming up with Tiffany, from Glamfetti. Can ya’ll believe we only met in January?! LOL She is the sweetest person and our personalities imminently clicked! Don’t you just love when that happends?
Anyway, we enjoy creating holiday looks together to help inspire your future events. Together, we created this Friendsgiving / Thanksgiving party theme and really adore the color palate.
DIY
To create this look we re-used my Target dollar spot painted pumpkins from my fall pumpkin stand. If you missed that post you can check it out HERE.
To mix up my existing pumpkin collection I added two new shades and voila – a whole new look! I painted a few new pumpkins with teal and maroon craft paint. Colors linked HERE and HERE. I also painted the pumpkin stems to give it a little glam! This really changed the whole look instantly! I used these two colors linked here: gold, copper.
Adding fresh eucalyptus stems are always a great way to add dimension to your patch. I like to cut small sections and stick them under or around serving pieces. This process helps frame the space and give the decor some warmth. Not to mention they smell amazing.
How do you celebrate thanksgiving? I would love to hear your family traditions.
Tip* If you plan on adding this final touch fresh eucalyptus, make sure you wait to cut and place a few hours before the party. Since the stems are real, they will dry up over time and you want them to stay fresh as long as possible before your guests arrive.
